We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, just return the product to us or to our shop, following the instructions below, and we'll exchange or refund it to the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order.
Under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 working days of receipt. Ensuring the items are returned in the original packaging, in an unused, saleable condition, we'll give you a full refund or exchange, including any delivery charge.

We insist that all items on your order must be checked over within 7 days of delivery for any damage or missing items. Once you pass this window we cannot guarantee that we will replace missing or damaged items reported.
Cancelling your order

At littleangelsprams we offer an easy and cost effective collections service to return any unwanted items, to arrange a collection please contact us at email@example.com all return requests accepted by us will be processed within 24 hours
Collection charges per box are £5.00 per packet, £15.50 per box, or for furniture items such as cots, cotbeds, wardrobes or large changing units £25 per box. If the courier arrives at your property and the item for collection is not properly boxed or sealed, isn't ready or you are not in for collection further collection charges will be incurred. We are unable to accept liability for damage or loss of goods that are left out for the courier, these costs will not apply for faulty products, these will be at our expense.
The couriers we use are an external company and as such are beyond our control, if a courier should fail to turn up for a collection please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will rebook the collection. Please note all of our couriers will leave a we missed you card, If the courier attends and you are unavailable for collection charges may apply to rebook
Repairs or faults
Please report all faults via email to email@example.com please provide order number, name, phone number and full address in all correspondence, and where possible please provide some images supporting your claim along with description of fault.
All products purchased at littleangelsprams come with a manufacturers warranty that will start from date of purchase, please consult your instruction/warranty card for warranty length, we or the manufacturer will repair any item within this period free of charge. This only includes manufacturing faults and does not cover accidental damage, loss or misuse of an item. If a repair is not possible a replacement will be offered to the equivalent spec, if that is not possible a higher spec item will be offered
As each manufacturer has different policy's regarding returns under the warranty, the return of the item will either be handled by the manufacturer or ourselves at littleangelsprams please email firstname.lastname@example.org to find out which of these will apply to your product and we will endevour to reply within 24 hours
