Free Next Day Delivery when ordered before 2.00pm
Little Angels offer free next day on all orders over £50.00 with our carrier DPD. Any items that can't be shipped next day will have the relevant delivery information on the product page. Please be aware that this service is based on Monday to Friday, so any orders placed before 2pm Friday will be received Monday unless you choose Saturday delivery at check out.
Delayed Delivery
We understand that sometimes you may want to purchase but not take delivery straight away, this is absolutely fine just leave us a short note in the message box on the cart page and we can hold off on delivery till a day that suits.
Tracking your parcel
Once you have placed your order you will be sent order confirmation and tracking details via e-mail and sms providing you use your mobile number when completing your order.
With all our deliveries you will get DPD follow my parcel, which is a unrivalled door to door service. Your delivery will include a one hour time slot giving you peace of mind you won't miss your important delivery.
Follow My Parcel will:
- Display the location of our driver in relation to the delivery address
- Show the position of your customer in our driver's overall delivery queue
- Tell your customer when our driver is just 15 minutes away
- Give your customer the option to reschedule their delivery or have their goods delivered to a neighbour
- Display the parcel's tracking history
Orders under £50
Any items under £50.00 will still be sent next day but there will be a charge of £5.00 added at checkout.
Saturday delivery
If you require your parcel to be delivered on a Saturday, you have the option to choose this at checkout at a cost of £12.00.
Big and bulky items
If you choose to order furniture sets or other goods that we would deem to big for our daily collections, we will contact you to arrange special delivery as these items are normally drop shipped direct from the manufacturers.
Scottish Highlands and Ireland
We ship next day to these locations but please be aware there is a £10.00 fee per order added at checkout. If your unsure about anything please contact sales@littleangelsprams.co.uk
Delivery overseas
We deliver to some European countries, its extremely hard to be specific as every brand we stock has different rules, if you are interested in something we sell please get in touch via e-mail sales@littleangelsprams.co.uk and we will endeavour to help with your purchase.
